IMPORTANT:

It is forbidden to bring food into the park (with the exception of snacks and small sandwiches, baby food, food for intolerant/allergic people), glass bottles, trolleys and fridge bags.

• The park is closed on days marked in white on the calendar;
• All tickets are fixed date, therefore valid exclusively on the selected day. In case of non-use, within 5 days from the date of issue, the purchased and unused tickets may be validated on another Park opening day of your choice by 30/03/2025 upon notification to be sent to the email address info@luneurpark.com;
  When changing the date, if the use occurs on a day with a higher rate, it will be necessary to pay the difference in the price of each ticket directly at the cash desk:
• The prices relating to the ticket offices refer to purchases at ticket offices for unregistered users. Prices for Luna Card holders refer only to online purchases for registered users;
• Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable;
• All tickets and individual Lunalire tickets are personal and non-transferable;
• Lunalire carnets (Card 30-60-90 Lunalire) can be used by multiple people even at the same time;
• The individual Lunalire tickets and the carnets are valid only on the day of purchase;
• Tickets for Family Packages, include unlimited entry and rides and can be purchased for the following combinations: 1 adult + 1 child, 1 adult + 2 two children, 2 adults + 1 child, 2 adults + 2 children, 2 adults + 3 children. In this case, the ticket prices are for each family member;
• Children under 80 cm in height and minors with certified disabilities are entitled to full free admission (in this case, relevant documentation must be presented at the Park ticket office);
• Exceptionally, some attractions may be unavailable due to extraordinary maintenance work. In case of rain and/or electricity blackout, the ticket is not refundable;
• Opening days and hours may be subject to change due to force majeure. Before planning your visit, we recommend you check real-time information on our social channels;
• By purchasing the Ticket, you accept the PARK REGULATIONS and SPLASH REGULATIONS.
