IMPORTANT

It is forbidden to bring food*, glass bottles, trolleys or carts, cool bags.
*with the exception of snacks and small sandwiches, baby food and baby food, foods for intolerant/allergic subjects.

• The park is closed on the non-selectable days marked in white on the calendar;
• All tickets are fixed date, therefore valid exclusively on the selected day.
• In exceptional cases of impossibility of use, it is possible to send an email to the address info@luneurpark.com by 11.59pm on the day before the visit. The request will be evaluated and, if approved, a change of date will be proposed for another opening day, of your choice, up to 08/31/2025. If the replacement date includes tickets with higher fares, it will be necessary to pay the price difference for each ticket directly at the ticket office;
• The promo rates cannot be combined with other offers currently in progress;
• Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable;
• All tickets and individual Lunalire tickets are personal and non-transferable;
• Lunalire carnets (Card 30-60-90 Lunalire) can be used by multiple people even at the same time;
• The individual Lunalire tickets and the carnets are valid only on the day of purchase;
• Tickets for Family Packages, include unlimited entry and rides and can be purchased for the following combinations: 1 adult + 1 child, 1 adult + 2 two children, 2 adults + 1 child, 2 adults + 2 children, 2 adults + 3 children. In this case, the ticket prices are for each family member;
• Children under 80 cm in height and minors with certified disabilities are entitled to full free admission (in this case, relevant documentation must be presented at the Park ticket office);
• Exceptionally, some attractions may be unavailable due to extraordinary maintenance work. In case of rain and/or electricity blackout, the ticket is not refundable;
• Opening days and hours may be subject to change due to force majeure. Before planning your visit, we recommend you check real-time information on our social channels;
• By purchasing the Ticket, you accept the PARK RULES and SPLASH RULES.

The ideal ticket for those who want to spend a day inside the Luneur Park in absolute relaxation and safety.

Entrance to the park that does not include the rides.
From 7:00PM the entrance is free.

You can choose whether to add the Lunalire  to access the attractions, even later, by purchasing the Lunalire Cards online or at the ticket offices in the park.
