IMPORTANT

It is forbidden to bring food*, glass bottles, trolleys or carts, cool bags.
*with the exception of snacks and small sandwiches, baby food and baby food, foods for intolerant/allergic subjects.

• The park is closed on the non-selectable days marked in white on the calendar;
• Tickets, once purchased, are non-refundable;
• All tickets are fixed date, therefore valid exclusively on the selected day.
• In exceptional cases of impossibility of use, it is possible to send an email to the address info@luneurpark.com by 11.59pm on the day before the visit. If the replacement date includes tickets with higher fares, it will be necessary to pay the price difference for each ticket directly at the ticket office;
• The promo rates cannot be combined with other offers currently in progress;
• All tickets and related Lunaire, with the exception of the "Card 5-12-25-38-65-100 Lunaire", are personal and non-transferable;
• The Lunalire carnets "Card 5-12-25-38-65-100 Lunalire" are transferable and can be used by multiple people even at the same time;
• The individual Lunalire tickets and the carnets are valid only on the day of purchase;
• Tickets for Family Packages, include unlimited entry and rides and can be purchased for the following combinations: 1 adult + 1 child, 1 adult + 2 two children, 2 adults + 1 child, 2 adults + 2 children, 2 adults + 3 children. In this case, the ticket prices are for each family member;
• Children under 80 cm in height and minors with certified disabilities are entitled to full free admission (in this case, relevant documentation must be presented at the Park ticket office);
• Exceptionally, some attractions may be unavailable due to extraordinary maintenance work. 
• In case of rain and/or power failure, the ticket is not refundable;
• Opening days and hours may be subject to change due to force majeure. Before planning your visit, we recommend you check real-time information on our social channels;
• By purchasing the Ticket, you accept the PARK RULES and SPLASH RULES.
