SPLASH ZONE TICKETS

Important

It is forbidden to bring food*, glass bottles, trolleys or carts, cool bags.
*with the exception of snacks and small sandwiches, baby food and baby food, foods for intolerant/allergic subjects.

• The Splash Zone is closed on non-selectable days marked in white on the calendar;
• Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable;
• All tickets are personal and non-transferable;
• All tickets are fixed-date, therefore valid only on the chosen day.
• In exceptional cases of impossibility of use, it is possible to send an email to the address info@luneurpark.com by 11.59pm the day before the visit. The request will be evaluated and, if approved, a change of date will be proposed to another opening day, of your choice, up to 08/31/2025.
• To change the date of Splash Zone tickets (Splash Zone Entrance and Splash Zone + Unlimited Rides rates), for requests made on the same day as the booking, it will be necessary to pay an additional €3.50 for each ticket directly at the ticket office;

• In case of non-use, the beach set is not refundable and cannot be used on another date.

• Exceptionally, some attractions may be unavailable due to extraordinary maintenance;
• In case of rain and/or power failure, the ticket is non-refundable;
• Opening days and times may be subject to change due to force majeure. We recommend that you check the information in real time on our social media channels before planning your visit;
